River Bend Membership Cotporation (RBMC) keeps the power off until you arrive to ensure that electricity isn't sent to your camper when you're not present.

Important Reminder: Electric Service Policies

As we gear up for another great season at the park, we want to remind everyone about the dues payment schedule and its impact on your electric service.

First Half Dues & Electric Service

If you have not paid your first half dues before arriving at the park, your electric will not be turned on. These dues were due by January 31st, and if they remain unpaid, you will need to settle them along with any applicable late fees before your electric can be restored.

Additionally, there is a fee to have your electric turned back on once you arrive. We will provide maintenance with a list of accounts needing service, but please understand that we cannot guarantee a specific time frame for reconnection. The team will do their best to have power restored within 24 hours, and some may be completed sooner, but we appreciate your patience as they work through the requests.

Second Half Dues Deadline

The second half of your dues is due by April 1st. A 30-day grace period will be given, meaning that late fees will begin to apply on May 2nd, and at that point, electric shut-offs will also begin for unpaid accounts.

Important Note:
In order to activate the power at your specific lot, you will need to flip the switch located at the power box at the end of your lot. We keep these switches off until your arrival to avoid any potential issues with your camper while you’re not here.

The power box should look like this in the image above. You will see a switch in the “down” position (marked in red). Simply flip it up to turn the power on.
