Estimadas familias de James John ES:

Gracias por un año maravilloso. Aunque fui directora interina el año pasado, considero que este es mi primer año como directora en la Escuela Primaria James John. Me han ayudado a mejorar y agradezco toda la paciencia y la amabilidad que nuestra comunidad me ha demostrado mientras aprendía a gestionar las necesidades de nuestra escuela. Una despedida especial y felicitaciones para la directora adjunta Armendariz, quien comenzará su trayectoria como directora en la Escuela Primaria Capital Hill el próximo año. ¡Te extrañaremos!

Dear James John ES Families,

Thank you for a wonderful year. While I was interim principal last year, I consider this my “real” first year as principal at James John ES. You have helped me get better and I appreciate all the patience and grace our community has shown me as I have learned to navigate our school needs. A special farewell and congratulations for AP. Armendariz as she starts her principal journey at Capital Hill Elementary next year. We will miss you!

It's the last day of school but not too late to already be thinking about the next school year! Please mark your calendars for Saturday August 16th when we'll have our big Clean-up at the school for Community Care Day.

Also mark your calendars for the following Saturday and Sunday 8/23-8/24! We will be painting a mural at the school and would love to have the community's help. There will be more information to come over the summer.

A big thank you to everyone who helped make our events successful this year by helping out and a big shout out to our PTA Board for all the volunteer hours they put into all the events this year!

Es el último día de clases, ¡pero aún estamos a tiempo de empezar a pensar en el próximo curso! Apunten en sus calendarios el sábado 16 de agosto, cuando tendremos nuestra gran Limpieza en la escuela con motivo del Día de la Solidaridad Comunitaria.

¡Apunten también en sus calendarios el sábado y domingo siguientes, 23 y 24 de agosto! Pintaremos un mural en la escuela y nos encantaría contar con la ayuda de la comunidad. Habrá más información durante el verano.

¡Muchas gracias a todos los que contribuyeron al éxito de nuestros eventos este año y un gran reconocimiento a la Junta de la PTA por todas las horas de voluntariado que dedicaron a todos los eventos de este año!
