Great Start to the Year!
What an amazing start to the 2026-2027 school year. Our students are learning how to line up and enter the building with their class. They are making new friends and establishing a new community of learners who support one another. It is heartwarming to see so many smiling faces each day. Students are engaging in math lessons, writing about their summers and finding great books to read. You can help us by; checking your students backpack each night, making sure they get a good night sleep, a healthy breakfast, and arrive to school on time. We look forward to welcoming everyone back on Tuesday after the long weekend.
Morning and Afternoon Drop-off and Pick-up
There is no supervision outside in the early morning. We ask that you drop your student off at 7:45 if they are going to breakfast (NOT BEFORE) and 8:05 if they are entering the building.
We have limited parking at Glover School for our staff. In order for all our staff to find parking and enter the building before students, we ask that you park on the street during morning for drop off.
Carline Protocols
For everyone's safety, do not leave your car unattended, and if you are in the carline have your child prepared to exit from the right only. They should enter from the right as dismissal as well. For safety purposes, please don't exit your car during pick-up.
8:10-SCHOOL OFFICIALLY BEGINS
*Students arriving in the building after 8:10 AM are considered tardy.
Counselors Corner
Glover Cares and Gives: We’re Here to Help!
At Glover School, we believe that every child deserves to feel supported, comfortable, and ready to learn. If your family is experiencing a financial challenge or could use support with clothing, school supplies, field trips, or other basic needs, please don’t hesitate to reach out to one of our school counselors. We are here to help connect families with available resources and support in a confidential and caring way.
We also have a Glover Giving Tree, which provides an opportunity for families in our school community to anonymously support one another. Families who would like to donate can help fulfill needs identified by other Glover families, allowing us to come together as a community while respecting everyone’s privacy.
Whether you need a little support or would like to lend a helping hand, we are grateful to be part of a school community that takes care of one another.
In addition, our mental health team offers social-emotional support for all students. Please review our "Welcome Back Letter" for more information on how to access the support.
