School Site Council Volunteers Needed
Earlier this week, I shared an invitation for families interested in serving on our School Site Council. We currently have no volunteers, and I would love to have parent representation on our council! While School Site Council is a required part of our school, it is also an important opportunity for me to hear directly from families and gather input on our school’s goals and plan for student achievement. Serving on the council requires approximately four meetings throughout the school year.

Lost and Found
Our Lost and Found has grown tremendously over the past two weeks! With chilly mornings and warmer afternoons, jackets, sweatshirts, and other layers are frequently being left behind. Please write your child’s name on the inside labels of their clothing to help us return lost items to their owners. I also encourage families to stop by and check our Lost and Found for any missing belongings.
Chromebooks Ready for Learning
We have noticed an increase in students arriving to school, especially on Mondays, without their Chromebooks or with devices that are not fully charged. Because our supply of loaner Chromebooks is limited, we would appreciate your help reminding your child to bring their Chromebook to school everyday, fully charged and ready to use. This small routine helps ensure students are prepared to participate in classroom learning.
