- Communication: Email will be the primary source of communication this year. Class Dojo will also be used for additional communication.
- Grades: Grades for the 1st Nine Weeks will be updated every Wednesday and Sunday. It is strongly recommended that PowerSchool be checked often to view your child's current grades and missing assignments. If you do not have your PowerSchool login information, please contact the front office as soon as possible. Students will also have their own access to PowerSchool on Clever to view grades & assignments throughout the year.
- Wednesday Folders: Graded papers, flyers, PTA information, etc. will be sent home in Wednesday folders for each student. Please make sure to view, sign, and return the next day. Graded papers do not need to be returned unless specified otherwise.
- Homework: A homework list will be given to your child every Monday morning to be placed in his/her binder. Please use the homework list as a reference for each week. If there is a change at any point, students will be made aware before the end of the day and an email will be sent out.
- Class Shirt: 4th Grade Class shirts are available on the GSES Spirit Store (link below). Students typically wear the shirt on field day, field trips, etc. but it is not required! The last day to purchase is August 27th.
- Dismissal: If there are any changes to how your child gets home, please let me know as soon as possible.
