Parent teacher conferences are a great opportunity for you to learn about your child’s academic progress, work habits, and peer relationships. For fall conferences, we ask every parent to schedule a time with your child’s teacher during one of the allotted times.
Fall conferences are on Wednesday, October 22nd and Thursday, October 23rd. Again, this year we will be offering conferences both in person and on Zoom. Parents should sign up for a time with their preference using the Sign Up Genius below. Every effort should be made to schedule a conference during one of the offered times.
- In-person conferences will be offered on Wednesday, October 22nd from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Thursday, October 23rd from 1:40-8:00 PM
- Zoom conferences will be offered on Thursday, October 24th from 10:00 AM – 12:40 PM
Conferences are for parents and teachers. Please make prior arrangements for childcare.

DANCE-A-THON IS FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 7th
Dance-a-thon is the only Good Shepherd fundraiser where students help raise funds and benefit from the funds they help raise! Every student will have a fun-filled day complete with dancing, music, games, raffle prizes, concessions, and much more! Our goal is to raise at least $30,000 for important school improvements that will enhance the Good Shepherd experience for all students in grades K-8.

Technology/STEM Supplies:
· New state-of-the-art computers to inspire learning, creativity & innovation in the student technology lab
· New LEGO STEM kits
· New engineering & hydraulic building kits for STEM lab
Essential School Needs
· New walkie talkies to strengthen school safety and response time for all Good Shepherd school staff
· New carpet for classrooms
· New classroom furniture

Onsite flu vaccinations are coming soon!! Stay healthy and take advantage of this opportunity. The single best way to prevent the flu is to get vaccinated.

All Flu Shots are PRESERVATIVE FREE in 2025. No Need to reserve "pregnancy" flu shots.
For the nurse to have enough vaccine available, please sign up at least 48 hours PRIOR to the scheduled clinic date.

Halloween Parties, October 31st at 2:30 PM
- All parents are welcome to attend. Please sign in at the front office at 2:20 PM. We kindly ask parents to leave younger siblings at home during the parties.
- This is an out of uniform day. All regular dress down day rules will apply. No costumes, please.
- Please send in only store-bought food for snacks and treats, keeping in mind allergy information for your class. Your headroom parent has the allergy list.
