Gentlemen,

I just wanted to pass on some positive feedback. While installing the Frontline Card reader at Kaiser I encountered a problem with the Kiosk. Apparently, it had not been working properly for some time and would not allow access to Frontline or Raptor. I called 587-HELP and one of your technicians was very respectful, professional, and most of all helpful. She was able to quickly resolve the issue and get the kiosk back in service. I really appreciated her assistance; overall, it was a positive experience.

I saw the post below on the OKCPS Teachers Facebook Group. Client Services moved mountains this summer with cart deliveries and student devices. Way to go, Team!

Thanks to Paul Ashurst for deep-dive problem solving on our internal Tableau Server. Licenses weren't showing up for Vish, and they were able to resolve the issue. Another step toward building interactive dashboards!

Clint should be a regular cast member on CSI. He possesses a depth of knowledge about email systems and infrastructure that far surpasses what I could ever hope to learn.

This past week, Misti Tope, principal at Classen SAS HS at Northeast, was not receiving Gaggle Safety Notification emails. We checked with Gaggle and they reviewed logs showing that email was being sent to her, and without bouncebacks. We then had her check both her SPAM folder and ProofPoint queue.

Clint deduced that Gaggle was using the AmazonSES mail service and that the block was actually happening at that level.

He was spot on.....she's now receiving those notifications!

Props to the Research and Evaluation team for creating an incredible written report and online dashboard of the Senior Survey results. This team produces work that rivals Stanford Research Institute (SRI)!

Labor Day weekend serves as a well-deserved break from the start-of-school whirlwind, and we've been flawless. Congratulations on a successful start!

Whether you plan to embark on a mini-adventure, have a leisurely day at home, or simply take some time to relax, I hope you make the most of this extended weekend.

Darcie came to us in July from Tulsa Public Schools, where she worked for four years as a data strategist and manager of district strategy. She has a degree in statistics from BYU (go Cougs!) and loves helping people understand how to use data to make decisions. She is a Utah native but has fallen in love with the Sooner State (Boomer Sooner). She enjoys knitting and watching sports, especially college football. She's excited to dig into the work of the district and help improve outcomes for kids!
