We ask that you please share the following information with your students and their parents ASAP:

parking here as well.

• Notify parents that they will not be allowed to “wander” the campus during the event. Large Cafeteria

commons will be open for this purpose.

• Student MUST bring folding music stands. Please ask them to label their belongings as well.

• Cello and bass players will need their own rock-stops and stools for the event.

• Basses and other large instruments such as Tuba may be left overnight if desired.

Etiquette:

Please plan a time to talk with your students about the importance of etiquette with our large event.

1. NO FOOD OR DRINK IN REHEARSAL AREA. Consume food/drink in Large Cafeteria commons only.

2. Please be respectful of rehearsal rooms, sectional classrooms, and cafeterias. Leave them cleaner

than when you entered.
