We have so many volunteer opportunities at Providencia! In order to volunteer for our upcoming APEX Fun Run, supporting our composting program, ceramics class sessions, book fairs and future field trips, (just to name a few), you must be a cleared volunteer.

To become a cleared volunteer, there are 3 easy steps:

1) Come to our FREE TB Clinic this Tuesday, Aug. 26 anytime between 1:30-5:00 pm. Our district nurses will be there to administer and sign your TB Risk Assessment.

2) Complete the online Volunteer Application form on our district website. For best viewing results, use a laptop/desktop computer. If filling out the form on your phone, orient your phone to landscape.

3) Upload your TB Risk Assessment and Medical Provider Network Form and submit. That's it! Our office staff will inform you when your application has been approved. Volunteer signups will be emailed to cleared volunteers only.

Back to School Night is a parent-only event. We do not provide childcare. Thank you!

Every Tuesday is a Shortened Day

We will have Rambo's Taco Truck, Sunshine Ice Truck and fruit and hotdog vendors!

For everyone's safety, please supervise your own children, especially on the play structure:)

In order for us to administer medication to your child at school (i.e. asthma, epi-pen, cough drops, etc.), you must complete this linked medication form and signed by your physician. Please do not put medication in your child's backpack.

Thank you for all the school supply donations that you brought in these 2 weeks! Linked here and below are specific supply lists from your assigned teacher. We are in most need of tissue paper.

Supplies that are donated to the classroom are helpful and greatly appreciated, but not required. They become communal which means supplies are collected from all children and then distributed throughout the school year. Supplies are not individualized and we make sure all students have access to necessary materials. Thank you in advance for your kind donations!
