Wagner Portrait Group will be at school to photograph any students who were absent on the original Picture Day. Retake photos will also be available upon request.
If your student is having a retake, please return the entire portrait package (including the insert sheet) to the photographer on retake day. Feel free to attach a note describing what you’d like done differently.

Chromebook Insurance - Due by September 30th

We are so excited to have our students back at PHS for the 26-27 school year. As we settle students into our routines, I want to share some important information with you. PHS is a 1:1 technology school. Each student is provided with a district-issued Chromebook. Students will use these devices throughout PHS daily. During the welcome back, your student was given a copy of our district-approved Chromebook Insurance Form.

Pacific High School strongly encourages purchasing Chromebook insurance to protect against accidental damage and repair costs. You may choose to opt out of the insurance. However, please know that the financial cost for any damage and subsequent repairs will be the responsibility of the student's parent or guardian.

Whether they purchase insurance or opt-out, your student must still return the form with your signature indicating their choice.

Please help us maintain the performance of these devices by reviewing our Acceptable Use Policy guidelines with your student:

Chromebooks should only be used for educational purposes. Activities such as online gaming, searching inappropriate content, and online chatting are not permitted.
Students are responsible for the care of their device. They should not share login information or passwords with anyone.
If there is damage to the device, students should see Mrs. Kelm as soon as possible.
Repeated misuse or damage to a Chromebook may result in a loss of technology privileges and financial restitution.
Students must use a district-issued device. Personal electronics such as laptops and tablets are not permitted.

Dress Room

MVR3 App & Rooms

In the case of inclement weather or other emergency situations, an announcement of changes will be made through our Communication Notification System. MVR-III utilizes this tool to enhance ongoing communication with parents and staff through voice call, text, mobile app notifications, social media, and the district website live feed. In cases of school cancelation, news channels 2, 4, and 5 will also have the information.

This system allows school administrators to keep parents updated quickly and efficiently with personalized messages that help them stay actively involved in their child’s education. Patrons can use the free mobile app to get rapid notifications and access a variety of school-related information.

Parents are encouraged to download the FREE MVR-III School District mobile app to streamline school communication on the go. Find the Meramec Valley R-III School District app in the Apple App or Google Play Store. Be sure to select notifications from your preferred buildings and enable Push Notifications on your phone settings. Teachers will use the Rooms link inside the MVR-III app to communicate directly with parents.

Rooms makes it easier to stay in touch with teachers and class information from that same app. You can easily switch from district and school information in the app to Rooms, where you can see your student's classes and engage directly with teachers. Rooms can be accessed via the web (at edurooms.com) and from our district app, which is available for free and can be used from both Apple and Android phones. To access Rooms, you will need to create a login and password.

Seniors

Dear Senior Families,

It’s time to celebrate your student’s achievements and the exciting journey of high school! Some traditions grow stronger with time—it is time to prepare to celebrate graduation and to honor accomplishments, perseverance, and the story your student is writing during these memorable years.

We are excited to announce that Jostens will be on campus for senior orders:

Date: Tuesday, September 29th - graduation (cap & gown) orders for the Class of 2027.

Time: Before School - Student Lunches

Location: Commons

Graduation packets were distributed during a Senior Class Meeting at school on Monday, September 21st. Please remind your student to bring their packet home (extra packets are available in the main office). In this packet is the graduation catalog, sample announcement, and order form.

This is the time that Caps and Gowns, Graduation Announcements, Senior Apparel, and other graduation accessories will be ordered. You can also still order your class ring if you haven't done so yet, with no additional deposit.

An $80.00 deposit is requested at the time of order if your order is greater than $80.00. If your order is less than $80.00, full payment is requested, but not required. THE FINAL PAYMENT WILL NOT BE DUE UNTIL 2/1/27. On order day, all items listed in red on the order form will be distributed.

*Graduation Products ARE NOT AVAILABLE ONLINE. If you can't make the order time, please turn your order into the HS main office before the order date or call Jostens directly at (636) 230-7350

Sophomores

Dear Sophomore Families,

It’s time to celebrate your student’s achievements and the iconic journey of high school! Some traditions grow stronger with time—and one of those is the tradition of receiving a class ring to honor accomplishments, perseverance, and the story your student is writing during these memorable years.

We are excited to announce that Jostens will be on campus:

Date: Monday, September 28th to take Class Ring orders for the Class of 2029.

Time: Student Lunches and 4:00 - 6:00 PM

Location: Commons

Class ring design packets were distributed during a Sophomore Class Ring Meeting held on Monday, September 21st. Please remind your student to bring their packet home (extra packets are available in the main office).

** A FREE Companion Ring and a $20 Credit to Mascot Shop will be included (see attached flyer for details)
**An $80 deposit is requested at the time of order. Final payment is due in April 2027, when rings are delivered.
** Ring sizing will take place on order day.

***THERE WILL BE A CLASS OF 2029 RING CEREMONY ON: Tuesday, April 20th - Before School

Order Tip: The most recommended way to order is to design the ring online, print your design, and bring it on order day to receive your free gifts!
