Crestview Notes from the Office
November 1st, 2026
Message from Mrs. Lowe
There is something special about Halloween in an elementary school. The creativity, imagination, and excitement that fill classrooms and hallways always makes for a fun and memorable day for students and staff alike.
We were especially proud of our Room 14 and 15 students, who did an excellent job presenting at our assembly this week and sharing important tips for staying safe while trick-or-treating this weekend.
We wish all of our Crestview families a fun, safe, and happy Halloween!

Michif Language Program
In SJASD, our students are so lucky to have the opportunity to learn the Michif language alongside their regular classroom routines and activities. Cora-Leigh Fast will be visiting our Kindergarten and Grade 1 classrooms this year and teaching through play, games, songs, and daily routines.
Please see the below introduction letter from Cora-Leigh.
Lost and Found
Last call for lost and found. Any items that have been in the lost and found and posted online will be donated this week. Please contact the office if you'd like us to grab an item and reunite it with your child.
