Perfect Attendance for October Perfect Attendance for October

In October, we had 176 students that had perfect attendance! Students will receive a perfect attendance badge on their locker and are highlighted on a school bulletin board. Students that receive perfect attendance each month will be entered into a drawing for prizes, and will be able to help their class earn class rewards. Having great attendance is very beneficial to the success of our students. Congratulations to all of our students with perfect attendance!

News From 6th Grade House 1 News From 6th Grade House 1

The school year is off to a great start down in 6-1. We have been enjoying stories in our new reading series and studying ancient civilizations in social studies. In science, we have finished a rotation of zSpace and a unit in plate tectonics. We've done work with decimals and the coordinate plane in math.

In addition to the learning, we have been having a lot of fun as well. Recently, Ms. Carlson planned a schoolwide Literary Escape room that was awesome. The students did an amazing job working together to crack the clues. Miss Koetz's room tied for first place! Everyone also enjoyed dressing up for Red Ribbon Week. And our very own Miss Koetz's class won the cape decorating contest for Red Ribbon Week and brought the Championship Belt to our hallway.

We are looking forward to many more memories this year!
