Lutherville Lab Report
What's gone down & what's coming up at the leopards' lair.
November 4, 2022
It was a FULL week at Lutherville. We started on Monday with our fall celebrations and costume parade. The students were amazing in celebrating one another. I was also surprised with some gifts for Principal's Appreciation Month! I was overwhelmed with the kind words from families, staff, and especially students -- who each individually shared their appreciation in a note. As Mrs. Kiewe would say, my bucket was full -- overflowing!
Our students also did an amazing job at the Turkey Trot on Wednesday afternoon. The PTA Facebook page has some great images from the event!
Our Annual Readathon Fundraiser also launched this week. You can view our school page here. Our students are off to an incredible start with over 10,000 minutes and 204 readers! If your child hasn't made their page and wants to join the fun, they can do so here.
We had over 50 students join our first Wednesday Google Meet live read! Please join us next Wednesday at 7:00 using the Join Code: LLReadAloud. Keep up the great reading!
There is a lot coming up in the weeks ahead! Please be sure to scroll down for some additional opportunities with Towson University that we wanted to pass along!
