DYSLEXIA FAMILY NIGHT - 10/27
Families are invited to join us for Dyslexia Family Night on Tuesday, October 27, from 6:00–7:50 p.m. at the Walter P. Jett Teaching and Learning Center. Enjoy an evening of learning, support, and fun with hands-on Make & Take stations, informative presentations, and sessions offered in both English and Spanish. We hope to see you there!
Conroe ISD's Empowering Families website provides parents and guardians with practical resources to support their children's social, emotional, and mental well-being. Families can explore short videos, conversation starters, character-building activities, and helpful community resources. The goal is to strengthen family connections, encourage positive habits, and support student success both at home and at school.
We encourage all Cavalier families to explore these valuable resources!

Don't miss FAILURE: A LOVE STORY- Performances are October 21, 22, 23 and 24 at 7:00pm in the College Park Auditorium. Tickets are available at https://collegeparktheatre.ludus.com/index.php
The Story: By the end of 1928, all three Fail sisters will be dead – expiring in reverse order, youngest to oldest, from blunt object to the head, disappearance and finally consumption. Tuneful songs, and a whimsical chorus follow the story of Nelly, Jenny June and Gerty as they live out their lives above the family clock repair shop near the Chicago River, before their time unexpectedly runs out. A magical, musical fable where, in the end, the power of love is far greater than any individual‘s successes or failures.
Support College Park PTO
Welcome to the 2026-2027 College Park PTO. PTO is an organization, made up of Parents, Teachers, Administrators, and Business Partners; who come together to support all things that make The Woodlands College Park High School run smoothly and successfully. PTO needs the support of all CP families and membership does not require any of your time. PTO can provide you with a connection to all the latest news and happenings on campus throughout the school year and it will allow you the opportunity to volunteer where you feel you will best serve if you'd like to be more involved. PTO membership is renewed annually and consists of five different levels that provides you with the chance to contribute to the best school in CISD as you so desire.
Your donation supports:
PTO Staff Appreciation provides our staff with 3 lunches and 2 snack events, serving over 300 staff members. In 2026, Grad Night (an event that provides our Seniors with safe, fun environment and a chance to Win Big Prizes) raised 36K that was spent all on our Seniors to ensure that their Grad Night was one they'd never forget. Swords of Success program honors student achievement four times per year with a special ceremony held at College Park. In addition to these three programs, College Park PTO support school-wide educational needs, parent programs and community events.

Important Reminders: Electronic Devices & Student IDs
As we continue through the school year, we want to remind students and families of our campus expectations regarding cell phones/electronic devices and student ID badges. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe, focused, and productive learning environment.
Cell Phones, Electronic Devices, AirPods & Speakers
Students are expected to follow campus expectations for using cell phones and other electronic devices. Repeated violations will result in progressive consequences:
- 1st Offense: Device confiscated; information-only referral; device returned at the end of the day; parent notified.
- 2nd Offense: Device confiscated; 2-hour After-School Detention (ASD); parent must pick up the device.
- 3rd Offense: Device confiscated; 4-hour Saturday detention; parent meeting required.
- 4th Offense: Device confiscated; 1–3 days of ISS; parent must pick up the device; $15 charge.
- 5th Offense: Device confiscated; 3–5 days of ISS; parent meeting required; parent must pick up the device; $15 charge.
- Continued violations may result in additional disciplinary action, up to placement at DAEP, as determined by campus administration.
Student ID Badges
For campus safety and security, students are expected to wear their permanent student ID badge each day.
Students who lose their permanent ID will be charged $7 for a replacement. Students who need a temporary ID for the day will be charged $2.
Consequences for not having a student ID are progressive:
- 1st Offense: Warning
- 4th–6th Offenses: 2-hour ASD
- 7th–9th Offenses: 4-hour Saturday detention
- 10th Offense: 3 days ISS
- 11+ Offenses: Administrative disciplinary action
Please encourage your student to come to school each day with their ID badge and ready to follow our electronic device expectations. These simple steps help protect instructional time, reduce distractions, and support a safe campus for everyone.
Thank you for your continued support of College Park High School!
