An Awesome Garden Work Day this Past Saturday!

We had an incredible time at our recent garden workday this past Saturday! A huge thank you to all the families who came out to help. Your hard work and dedication made a tremendous difference.

We'd also like to give a special shout-out to the volunteers from Salt + Light church. They were a fantastic help, participating in our various stations and making the day a huge success.

Together, we accomplished a ton, including:

  • Working in the kalo patch

  • Cutting back overgrown branches

  • Moving mulch to the ulu grove

  • Weeding the food farm

  • Weed whacking the orchard

  • Relocating the Aina garden beds to a sunnier spot

Our garden is looking better than ever, thanks to all of you. On behalf of Karla and Scott, we appreciate your support in helping us create a beautiful and thriving outdoor learning space for our students!
