Randolph Families,
I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday. We are so excited to have everyone back tomorrow! We are seeing a variety of illnesses in the community and with recent Thanksgiving travel and gatherings, please be mindful to keep your child home when they are not well. As a reminder, students need to remain home until they are fever-free (without fever-reducing medications) for 24 hours, no vomiting/diarrhea for 24 hours, and very importantly, that your child feels well enough to participate in school. Please notify the school of their absence by emailing roadrunners@glnd.k12.va.us and/or calling the front office at 804-556-5385. Thank you for partnering with us to keep our roadrunners healthy!
We have three weeks of learning before winter break and 2023! We will have a spirit week the last week before winter break (details attached below), as well as our APEX FUN RUN on December 9, 2022 and House Day on December 16, 2022! We are going to be busy!

Calling all dads, granddads, uncles, etc.! We are so excited to have our Watch D.O.G.S. program back again next semester! We hope all the RES families had a great Thanksgiving! We are ready to kick off our APEX Glow Run Pep Rally tomorrow. Additional information will be coming home in the green folders. We are excited for the event and getting closer to our Fundraising Goal of an Outdoor Learning Space!
