A Few Final Updates and Reminders A Few Final Updates and Reminders

Important Food Safety Notice

CSD Nutrition is aware of recent news regarding food safety. The health and safety of everyone we serve remains our top priority. Please see the following information and updates as we prepare for the new school year.

  • Domestic Sourcing: All CSD produce is sourced 100% domestically. None of our products comes from Taylor Farms in Mexico.
  • Proactive Safety Measures: Out of an abundance of caution, CSD will not serve lettuce on our menus until further notice from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

We appreciate your understanding as we take these extra precautions, and we look forward to a fantastic year ahead.

Breakfast and Lunch Menus

School lunch menus for the first week of school are available below and on the CSD Nutrition webpage. Breakfast and lunch during the first week of school will differ slightly from menus for the rest of the school year. Please contact Food and Nutrition supervisor Keith Jenkins at keith.jenkins@csdecatur.net with any questions about school nutrition.
