By the end of school year 2024-2025, Nichols Middle School will be identified as an AVID school with this elective being offered in 6th, 7th and 8th grade. This year, it is offered in 6th and 7th grades, and our students are thriving in this elective. We are including AVID strategies in all of our core classes by students being intentional to take useful notes to be used as resources as they learn. Please take a look at this month's newsletter to see what our AVID students are working on: https://www.smore.com/wj7qn
