Day 8 - Step Up To Life
A person's feet tell us two very important facts about that person; where they are standing and where they are going. There are also all kinds of sayings which have been linked to our feet that some of us will be very familiar with:
- Put your feet up
- Getting cold feet
- Stand on your own too feet
- Keep your feet on the ground
- Don't put your foot in it
- Get your feet wet
As you can see, some of these are positive phrases but some not so much. In October the students of English Martyrs took part in a whole school mission and the theme was "Step Up To Life". The New Year is a great time to start putting these thoughts into action. How can you step up to life in 2016?
