Message from Principal Flores
Dragons,
We have a bit over a week left in the month of April. We have our final round of STAAR testing this week and our dance on Friday. Lots of great exciting things happening at The Lair. I want to take a moment to remind all our Dragons about End of Year Expectations. Please find all school rules and student code of conduct. Students are subject to receiving an office referral and losing school privileges including end of year activities such as prom, field day or field trips. Let's work together to keep our campus safe.
Online Registration
We have about 6% left of families needed to complete registration. Please help us reach our 100% completion by this week. Call our office if you need support.
Math and Algebra I STAAR
This week our3-8 Dragons will take the Math or EOC STAAR. Let's shoot for 100% attendance on Wednesday so we do not have any make ups.
STAAR Testing Incentive
To motivate our Dragons we will be replacing their 9 weeks scores IF their STAAR scores are at the Meets or Master's Level. Scores are to be released by the end of the month MAY. If they are released prior to 9 week testing, your child will not need to take their 9 Week assessment. See flyer for more details.
Fees for End of Year
Parents if your child owes any fees for library, technology, cafeteria or LOC. This all must be cleared to attend any field trip, campus events including dance or field day. Please help us to clear out all fines.
