School Nutrition Program Information
Hello SAU 34 Families and Households,
As the school year is about to start, please be sure you have done the following for cafeteria and eating at school purposes:
- Created or checked your EZSchoolPay.com account so you can monitor your student's spending and account balance.
- Communicated with the Food and Nutrition Program Director if there needs to be an account restriction on purchasing, and with your student if they do not have your permission to purchase meals at the school.
- Completed the School Year 2026 -2027 Free and Reduced School Price Meal Application.
A letter was mailed to the household addresses on file as of 8/12/2026 that also contains our meal charging policy and other USDA NSLP information. A paper application is in this letter. You are welcome to apply online at EZMealApp.com instead of completing a paper application! School front offices will have copies as well that you can request.
Want the results from the application being processed as quickly as possible? Be sure you put your email on the application, otherwise we are required to mail the eligibility letter in the mail.
Please visit our site for more information, the printable application, application instructions and FAQ's.
Thank you!
- Anna

Communication
If you need to reach the Washington Elementary School by phone for any reason, please call the main office at 603-495-3463. If someone does not answer, please leave a message.
If there are changes to your child's dismissal routine, please make sure to leave a message on the office phone before 2:00pm, as opposed to emailing Kimberly Andrews or the teacher. Our teachers often do not have time to check their emails throughout the day and may miss the message, so a phone call is best.
In the event that internet is down, our phones are also down. We do have one emergency phone to use if this happens. The number for that phone is 603-495-0187. There is no way to leave a message on this line. Please only use this number if you try the main line and it does not ring or gives you a busy signal.
If there's ever anything we can do to improve our communication, please let us know!
