Shoes for Gym - Donations Needed
Mr. Amey needs your help! He is currently looking for donations of gently used or new shoes to keep in the gym for students to use. If you have any size 3 to 6 1/2 in girls' or boys' shoes around that are looking for a new home, please send them in with your students for donation.
PBIS Plan and Celebrations - Please Return Permission Slip
We are so excited to share Arrowwood Elementary’s Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) plan for the 2026–2027 school year! Our plan is designed to create a positive, safe, and encouraging environment where students feel supported to take risks, learn from mistakes, and celebrate their growth.
Each month, we focus on a specific school-wide theme to help support our students' behavioral goals:
August & September: We focused on Respect and Responsibility as we established our daily school routines.
October: We are focusing on Courtesy and Positive Relationships to show what it means to be a good friend.
Upcoming Months: We will highlight a new area of focus each month during the year.
At the end of each month, students who achieve their behavioral goals will be invited to celebrate with a fun reward. Celebrations this year range from a glow party to extra recess with a sweet treat! For students who need extra encouragement, our support team will spend this time helping them reflect and build an action plan to reach their goals in the coming month.
Our students are already working hard and achieving great things! If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. We look forward to a school year filled with growth, success, and celebration! Please sign and return the slip so we know you have received and reviewed our PBIS plan.

Soar Squad
Dear Families,
We have heard your feedback and are excited to increase the ways you can be involved here at Arrowwood Elementary, because when families and schools work together, students soar. Beginning as soon as October, we will be launching the Soar Squad, a parent and family volunteer initiative where you can help support students to soar to new heights here at school. Please follow the link (https://forms.gle/mayEUyHU1sSpeQwp6) or use the QR code to complete this interest survey to get on the list for this year, see the opportunities available, share how you would like to help, your preferences for volunteer training, and more.
