WMS Weekly Update Dec. 20, 2024

Good Afternoon WMS Families:

- Thank you to the National Junior Honor Society Students, Ms. Ramos & Ms. Boyer for leading the Holiday Toy Drive.

- Thank you to the WMS PTO for inviting motivational speaker and WMS alum Aaron Patterson to speak with WMS students. His message of positivity and making good choices was engaging & well received.

- Congratulations to the WMS band & chorus led by Mr. Hoskins & Mr. Burre - the students sounded fantastic!

- From AHS: Attleboro High School greatly appreciates the support of families at all AHS sporting events. While most students are there to watch the games and enjoy the event, a number of students have been left/dropped off unsupervised. This has created safety concerns and disruptions for other fans in attendance and game management staff. Moving forward, ALL middle school aged students and younger MUST be accompanied by an adult at all high school events. We appreciate your support keeping all in attendance supervised while allowing an enjoyable environment for all. Please know this expectation is currently in place for AHS events moving forward. We look forward to seeing you all soon and thank you for supporting AHS!

On behalf of the WMS Staff, we wish the Wamsutta community a happy holiday season - enjoy!
