OLD UNION ELEMENTARY New Year News
Week of January 26th-30th
Message from CISD-School Closed Monday, January 26th
Dear Dragon Families,
Carroll ISD will be CLOSED on Monday, January 26 due to forecasted inclement winter weather.
While the peak of the winter storm is anticipated over the weekend, icy roads and potentially unsafe driving conditions could affect families and staff into Monday. Out of an abundance of caution, all campuses and district offices will be closed.
Please note the following updates:
- All after-school activities for Monday are canceled.
- The Carroll ISD Board of Trustees meeting originally scheduled for Monday night will be rescheduled to Monday, February 2.
We will continue to closely monitor the weather and road conditions in coordination with the City Emergency Management team, and we will assess whether any additional cancellations or delays are needed.
We will communicate with our community on Monday regarding the status of Tuesday.
Thank you for your flexibility and dedication. Stay safe and warm, Dragons!
