Parent and Caregiver End of Year Survey

Dear Parents and Caregivers,

As part of our commitment to providing continuous service excellence to our families and our community, we are conducting a survey in partnership with Studer Education. Your feedback will help us determine what is working well in your child’s school and any areas that may need improvement.

The survey takes about 10-15 minutes to complete. We encourage you to complete it in one sitting, as your responses will be saved once you click submit. The survey will ask you to select your child’s school, and you can complete a separate survey for each of the schools your children attend.

The survey is scheduled for Monday, May 12 through Monday, June 2.

To maintain confidentiality of the Parent/Caregiver Experience Survey, our partners at Studer Education will be administering the survey, managing the data collection, and aggregating the data to provide results reports to leaders.

Field Day June 11th!

We only have a couple of weeks left of school and we are looking for volunteers for field day!!! If you are interested in helping out, please click the link below! Just a reminder that these volunteer slots fill up fast!

JUNE 12th- LAST DAY OF SCHOOL- HALF DAY

It is hard to believe that we are already approaching the end of the school year! It's been a great year! You can feel the buzz of excitement from students (and teachers!) anticipating summer break!

I hope you all are able to enjoy a relaxing and fun summer break and we will look forward to seeing our students return next year- another year older! And to our 5th grade students, we wish you the best on your next adventure in middle school! We will miss you!!

Please be aware that the last day of school for students is Thursday June 12th and it is a HALF day, dismissal at 11:30.

Summer Kickoff PTO Fundraiser!

Summer is just around the corner and that means it's time for the BES Library books to make their way back to the library before school is out. Please look for any library books you may have and send them back to school. If you have any questions, feel free to Melissa Fuhrman: melissaf@banks.k12.or.us

Please Check Lost and Found!

Our lost and found is OVERFLOWING! There are many coats, sweatshirts and water bottles waiting for their owners to find them. Please come take a peek when you have a moment before the school year ends. All remaining items will be donated on June 12th. Thank you!

Who Will My Teacher Be Next Year?

This is always an area of anticipation and teachers work hard to create class lists to best support the needs of every student. Your input on how your child learns best is very helpful! Families will receive a letter in August with each child's class placement.

Final report cards will be mailed home June 18th.
