RILEY RECAP - VOLUME 4 ISSUE 12
January 15, 2025
From the Desk of Principal Henderson
Dear Riley Parents, Guardians, and Scholars,
We are so excited to welcome our Wildcats back to the start of a new semester. The blessing of the word new, is fresh start. When we reflect on the old or the past, the hope is to learn from that moment. I encourage our wildcat and families to work hard and take advantage of every opportunity. Let's have a great semester of learning and growth.
WE WILL CONTINUE RAISE THE BAR AT RILEY!
I am looking forward to working with you and your student as we work toward an academically successful school year. I can promise you the best of myself for your students each and every day. Please do not hesitate to contact me at shenderson2@sbcsc.k12.in.us if you have any questions or concerns during the year.
Our Goals:
1) Get students reading on grade level
2) A 95% attendance rate
3) A 90% graduation rate
We greatly appreciate the value that each and every one of our scholars and families brings to Riley. WE ARE THE PRIDE OF THE SOUTHSIDE! WE ARE #RILEYSTRONG!
Sincerely,
Shawn Henderson
