Dear Coppell Choir Family,

Thank you to everyone who attended our Choir Banquet on Friday night! It was such a special evening celebrating all of the accomplishments, memories, and friendships from this school year. We truly cannot believe we are already at the end of another amazing year, and we are incredibly grateful for each and every student and family who helped make this year so meaningful. Professional photos from the banquet will be shared as soon as they are posted.

As we head into the final week of school, please make sure you have completed both the EOY Written Assessment and the EOY SRF assignments. These must be submitted before the end of the school year.

A Cappella singers — this is a reminder that you WILL be performing at the CHS Graduation Ceremony on Friday. We will be singing the National Anthem and “Breakaway.” Additional logistical details, including arrival time and performance information, will be shared as soon as we receive them.

Thank you again for a wonderful year. We are so proud of all you have accomplished!

Madrigals audition results will be emailed out this week. Just a reminder that all Madrigals members will have Summer Camp/Retreat at CHS from June 1–5.

Vivace singers — Summer Camp/Retreat information for June 1–5 will also be sent via email later this week. More details coming soon!

Our Choir Booster organization is looking for enthusiastic parents and guardians to help support our amazing choir program next year! At our most recent booster meeting, we identified several key positions that will be open. Whether you have a little time or a lot, there’s a place for you to make a meaningful impact.

(Co)Vice-President of Operations & Administration

A hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people and coordinating activities. Responsibilities include supporting registration, overseeing hospitality, organizing volunteers, and assisting the President. This role also coordinates the senior scholarship process.

(Co) Vice-President of Events
Love planning events? This role oversees major choir events like the Madrigal Feast, show choir performances, and the choir banquet. Responsibilities include organizing committees, coordinating ticket sales, and managing event logistics.

(Co) Vice-President of Marketing
Great for creative thinkers! This position focuses on promoting choir events and achievements through publicity, social media, and website updates, helping build excitement and awareness in our community.

Booster involvement is a rewarding way to support our students, connect with other families, and be part of something truly special. Many roles can be shared (co-positions available), and you’ll always have support from fellow board members.
