Seniors will follow their regular class schedule for final exams on:

• Wednesday, May 13 (B-Day classes: 2, 4, 6, 8)
• Thursday, May 14 (A-Day classes: 1, 3, 5, 7)
• Friday, May 15 (Make-up Exams)

Any teacher-issued final exams will be administered during the scheduled class period. Seniors are expected to attend school on both days, as attendance counts toward official attendance requirements.

Chromebooks and chargers may be returned to The Exchange (C-1400) anytime from May 13-15.

Spring Exam Schedule

• Monday, May 18 - A Day Classes
• Tuesday, May 19 - B Day Classes
• Wednesday, May 20 - A Day Exams
• Thursday, May 21 - B Day Exams
• Friday, May 22 - All 8-periods (Make-Up Exams)/Last Day of School

Important Notes:

• Students are expected to attend school even if they do not have an exam in a class.

• Make-up exams should be arranged in advance with individual teachers.

Please encourage your student to prepare ahead of time, get plenty of rest, and reach out to their teachers with any questions. As always, thank you for your continued support in helping our students finish the school year strong!

Parking applications for the 2026-27 school year will open on Friday, May 15, at 4:00 p.m. Students interested in parking on campus next school year may apply online beginning at that time. The application link will be available on the GLHS website starting Friday at 4:00 p.m.

Graduation will be held on Saturday, May 23 at 9:30 AM at The Schottenstein Center on the Ohio State University campus, 555 Borror Drive, Columbus. Graduates are expected to arrive at 8:30 AM.

Tickets are not required for admission. Seating is first come, first served at the Schottenstein Center for graduation.

Parking is now $15.00 per car. Parking is CASHLESS - credit card/smart device ONLY. Accessible/Disability parking is available. Please contact The Schottenstein Center at 614-688-3939 for additional information.

Registration for summer learning OPENS MONDAY, APRIL 20, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.! We are excited to continue our extended learning opportunities for students in Preschool through Grade 12 starting in June!

Please review the online information thoroughly to determine which opportunities are relevant to your student. Detailed course descriptions, dates, fees and registration links can be found on the GJPS Summer School Website.

To all students enrolled in AP courses: your AP exams are coming up this May. Please take a moment to review when your tests are scheduled to start. More communication will be coming out soon with information about what room you will be in, what time you should arrive (students will be expected to arrive a half hour before the test starts), what you'll need to bring, and more.
