Parents and Families,
We have just completed two weeks of school, and we are off to an amazing start! Thank you for your continued support as our staff helps students adjust to school expectations.
We are excited to invite you to our Open House Event this Thursday from 4:30 to 6:00 PM. Come and see your child(ren)’s classroom and meet their teachers. We look forward to seeing all of our families there!

Attendance Matters
Please look at the chart below. It is crucial that we have our students in school on time and for the entire time consistently. This grid was an "EYE OPENER" for me. I encouarge you to ensure that your child is not coming to school late or being picked up early. If you need support with this matter, please reach out to us. We would love to help you! 🙂
Daily Dropoff/Pickup Line Reminder
* Drop off in the morning begins at 8:40 AM. Parents must keep their child(ren) in the vehicle until a staff member announces that their is supervision.
* Adults must stay in their vehicles for drop off and puck up
* If you want to come in the building, you must park your vehicle in a parking space (the dropoff/pickup line is not permitted for parking
* Make sure that you notify the front office before 3 PM, if you want your child(ren) to be picked up. We will not be able to make changes after 3 PM.
* Any adult picking up your child(ren) must be authoruzed in our PowerSchool system.
** Our Dismissal System will be operating very soon. Please make sure that you filled out the form below and/or talked with oir staff to ensure that you are signed up for a Pickup Rearview Mirror Sign.
Dismissal Changes
Thank you for your attention to our dismissal procedures. To make changes to your child(ren)'s regular dismissal plan, please call the front office to inform the secretaries before 3 PM. We cannot authorize a different bus change on the same day; any changes must be approved by the KPS Transportation Department first.
If you would like to pick up your child, who typically rides the bus, please ensure you call our front office before 3 PM.
Office will shut down from 3:30 PM until last bus leaves the school. This means that phone calls will not be accepted, and doors will be locked until our dismissal procedures are completed. Our goal is to give all of our staff the time to ensure that all of our students are getting home safely.
The office will open up as soon as dismissal has ended until 4:30 PM. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
