We continue to make solid progress on the new high school. Drainage and concrete work are underway, and the tennis courts are coming along: fencing is complete, and the courts will be surfaced and fitted with nets by late July. GMP #3, which includes the majority of building construction, is nearly finalized. The project remains on budget.

The high school library has new flooring and other updates.

We would not be able to make all of these important upgrades to our facilities without the support of our incredible community. Thank you for voting yes for our students!

Henrietta ISD is ALL IN

The Henrietta ISD community overwhelmingly approved a $36 million investment for a new high school and improvements to athletic facilities on May 4, 2024.

Henrietta ISD Superintendent Jaime Clark stated, "I am so excited for the future of Henrietta ISD and the opportunities these facilities and upgrades will provide our students for generations to come.”

Board of Trustees President Brad Yurcho conveyed gratitude, stating, "This success began many months ago with a community-led Facility Committee of parents, staff and community members who met to ensure all students in Henrietta ISD continue to have access to modern classrooms and innovative programs..”

With voters approving both propositions, the projected tax increase is 23 cents per $100 valuation. This tax rate will still be lower than the 2022 tax rate.
