Welcome to the fall edition of the LLMEA newsletter and the 2026-2027 school year! Whether you are new to LLMEA or a longtime member, our board thanks you for your unwavering dedication to music education across Lancaster and Lebanon Counties.

Our board and executive team are excited to embark on this school year with all of you. If you need support throughout the year in any capacity or have ideas on how to continue growing and improving LLMEA, please reach out. Our vision is simple: we are here to serve all music educators and students while creating the best possible experience for our members.
The heart of our organization lies in the shared experiences we create for our students. We warmly encourage you to get involved, volunteer, and be an active part of our festivals and events throughout the year—your energy makes these moments unforgettable for our students. Please mark your calendars and plan to join us for our General Membership Meeting on Wednesday, September 9th at 4:15 PM on Google Meet. Let's make this year our best year yet!
You are invited to attend the LLMEA General Membership meeting on Tuesday, September 9th at 4:15. The meeting will be on Google Meet. The meeting agenda and meet link will be emailed out prior the meeting day. This meeting is for ALL K-12 LLMEA Music Educators. If you have a new member in your district, please encourage them to attend. We will be discussing important information about our festivals and events as well as sharing new executive board initiatives. We hope to see you there! If you anticipate having students participate in any of the upcoming festivals, you must register to be an LLMEA member.
