ONE SCHOOL ONE BOOK ONE SCHOOL ONE BOOK

We have had another fun week exploring our One School, One Book Reading Program by reading Malcolm At Midnight! This week at school we listened to Mr. Clark read Chapter 16. He did an amazing job reading! We also enjoyed another treat from Malcolm the Rat – did your student tell you? If not, ask your student about the fun watermelon flavored treat! Watermelon is one of Malcolm’s favorites!

In the cafeteria, we have started our Pet Guessing Game. Students can guess which pet belongs to which teacher! Do you know which teacher has the pet snake? The Donkey? Answers will be revealed in the coming weeks!

We had more 5th grade students stop in the Media Center to record the next chapters. Check them out! Remember, you can listen to the recorded chapters on the WUSD Website under Webster School looking for the button that reads “One School, One Book”. For next week, we are reading Chapters 20 - 23.

Keep up the great work reading – we are so proud of you!

Students should also complete Malcolm’s Memories – a trivia game – where students can win prizes! The trivia questions open every Tuesday and close at 3 pm the following Monday. Each week there will be a new set of trivia questions. Keep up the fantastic reading Webster Wildcats!
