OES PTO Board and Chair Positions

Thank you for your interest in the Osceola Elementary Parent Teacher Organization. The OES PTO is a non-profit business run by volunteer parents, looking to positively impact our children's educational experience. The OES PTO fundraises throughout the year and those funds are used to pay for our many programs and events, such as Movie Night, a $250 annual stipend for every teacher, monthly teacher appreciation, a field trip for every grade, hardship funds for needy OES families, facility improvements, and so much more! OES PTO Positions for the 2026-27 school year can be found below, including a brief description of each role. Each role will have a Chairperson who serves as the lead. Some roles will also have a Co-Chair to share the workload. And some roles will have a third person who is considered a Learner. This person can serve as a helper or shadow, to the Chairs, while learning the role for future years. *Please note that there are 27 available positions, located on more than one page.* If a role has multiple slots, please use the comment section in your sign-up to specify whether you are signing up to be Chair, Co-chair or Learner. If you would like more information on any role, reach out to an active PTO member or email us. Thank you! Contact OESisthebest@gmail.com with any questions.

We would like to Congratulate Mrs. Stockman as she has accepted a new position at Lely Elementary. This opportunity aligns with her desire to return to a Title 1 school and we wish her continued success in this next chapter.

The Community at OES is the BEST!

Students, Families, Teachers, Staff, and Volunteers came together to put on a successful Walk-a-thon! The kids had a great time and we were able to raise $17,000 thanks to you! These funds will go toward a book vending machine for the media center, fixing the OES facilities' golf cart, and all of our existing programs such as teacher appreciation, a field trip for every grade, hardship funds for needy OES families, enrichment assemblies for students, and events that continue to build our community!

One of our very own, OES 3rd Grader, Leighton, was recognized at the Superintendent's Art Show for her talent and her artwork created during OES art class lead by Mrs Chancy. Leighton's art was selected to be displayed in the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Administrative Center! Mrs Chancy was there with Leighton to celebrate the occasion. Great job!

March was "Music in Our Schools" Month!

Our 4th graders celebrated with outstanding ukulele and recorder performances during their music class showcases. Chief Choir performed in a beautiful combined concert with the Pine Ridge Middle School Chorus and Barron Collier High School Chorus. 5th grade choir students enjoyed performing on the Chief Network News and a surprise singing of "Happy Birthday" to Ms. Castleberry! We are looking forward 2nd Grade's "Barnyard Moosical" coming up soon on April 14th!

Teacher Appreciation Week is just around the corner.

You can show your appreciation for your teacher in so many ways, during the week of May 4 - 8.

Gifts, treats, and gift cards are always popular, but there are simple and inexpensive ways for families and students to share their gratitude too! See the flyer below for some ideas.

The OES PTO shows our appreciation to teachers all year long, but we show EXTRA LOVE in the month of May. Each Friday during the month of May, the OES PTO will treat our teachers to various themed meals and shower them with gratitude.

Remember to wear your Osceola Elementary Spirit Wear every Friday.

When you purchase items from the online School Store, you can elect "Pick Up at School" and the item will be sent home with your student, free of charge. You can also elect to "Ship It" to have your order mailed directly to your home.
