As Aspen Ridge prepares to welcome students this fall, we're also building something just as exciting—our very first Parent Teacher Organization (PTO)! Our Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) has been helping lay the foundation for family involvement, and there's still time to join! Whether you'd like to volunteer, share ideas, or simply stay informed, we'd love to have you involved.
Interim PTO Board
To establish our nonprofit organization, open a bank account, and begin fundraising for our students and staff, we will be appointing a small group of interim PTO board members this summer. These appointments are temporary and will serve only until our official board elections are complete.

This fall, Aspen Ridge families will elect our inaugural PTO Board. We encourage anyone interested in serving in a leadership role to review the PTO Board Roles & Responsibilities and Board Term Length documents by clicking the document below. Be sure to review the PTO Election Timeline to the right for important dates, including the nomination period, candidate information, elections, and the transition to our elected PTO Board in January 2027.
We're excited to build this organization together and create traditions that will support Aspen Ridge students, staff, and families for years to come.
Grade-level school supply lists for the 2026–2027 school year are now available to download below. Families may also find Aspen Ridge supply lists online through most major retailers, including Target, Staples, Amazon, and Walmart, for convenient shopping.
We ask that students bring their school supplies to Open House on Wednesday, September 2nd, so our learning studios are ready for a great first day of school. Thank you for helping us prepare for an exciting year at Aspen Ridge Elementary!
Aspen Ridge Elementary is excited to pilot Car Rider Pro, a new dismissal system designed to make afternoon parent pickup safer, smoother, and more efficient. Using a vehicle hang tag, Car Rider Pro alerts staff when your vehicle arrives so your child is ready for pickup as you reach the loading area.
We're putting the finishing touches on our pickup procedures and will be sharing everything you need to know—including how the system works, how to receive your hang tag, pickup maps, and important family instructions—in the coming weeks.

Join the Aspen Ridge Safety Patrol Team!
We still have openings for the Aspen Ridge Safety Patrol for the 2026-2027 school year! Safety Patrol is a great opportunity for future 4th and 5th grade students to develop leadership, responsibility, teamwork, and school pride while helping keep our school community safe during arrival and dismissal. We are seeking 32 patrol members who will serve on a weekly rotating schedule, with required training taking place on August 18 from 1:00–3:00 PM.
We encourage all interested students to apply and be part of this important leadership opportunity!
