Early Dismissal Reminder Early Dismissal Reminder

Early Dismissal Reminder
open_in_new zoom_out_map

If your student needs an early dismissal, the attendance office needs 1 HOUR notice before the dismissal in order to get that ready for your student.

There are 3 ways to request early dismissals.

  1. You can call the attendance line at (916) 971-5413 (be aware the attendance office often experiences a high call volume)
  2. Request an early dismissal through Q Parent Portal click HERE to view a video tutorial on the process.
  3. The quickest way to request an ED is to email casarobleabsence@sanjuan.edu The email must come from the parent email address in Q and include the following:
    • student first and last name
    • date and time of dismissal
    • reason for dismissal
    • if they are returning to school
    • how they will leave campus

We appreciate your help in streamlining our process.
