1. Deadline to order Yearbooks 3/30

Don't miss the chance to commemorate a great 25/26 school year by ordering an RCMS yearbook! Sales are online only. Click HERE to access the Varsity Yearbook website. When prompted, enter the RCMS school code: 17957.

2. Music Photos Now Ready - Order by 3/31 for Free Shipping

Your student's music photos are now available! How to view and purchase the photos: Text your student's access code to 90738 to receive access or visit https://my.photoday.com/ on your phone or computer. If you are missing your student's access code, please reach out to your music teacher to retrieve it.

3. Join us for the IB Showcase on 4/2 at 10am

On April 2 we will celebrate student learning through the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP). Families will begin in their student’s homeroom at 10:00 AM and then visit other classrooms to see MYP projects and learning experiences in action. We are excited to highlight the critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity happening across our campus. Give yourself time for parking!

4. Olympics T-shirts Available to Order

We are gearing up for the annual RCMS Olympics! All students will be assigned to a country and compete in fun games at the end of the year. Each country will have a different color shirt to represent their team. Olympic t-shirts are $12 and can be purchased through the OSP platform. Please make sure you add their teacher's homeroom in the notes section! Shirts will be distributed to the students the week prior to the opening ceremonies for the Olympics. Questions? 5. Get Your 8th Grade Yard Sign Today!

Celebrate this milestone in your student’s academic journey by purchasing an 8th-grade yard sign. Sign options cost between $20 and $25, and will be available for purchase until April 3. Click HERE to get yours!

6. Save the Date for the 8th Grade Dance

Mark your calendars! The 8th Grade Dance is on Saturday, May 16th in the RCMS gym. This year's theme is “Tropic Like It’s Hot”...a tropical-inspired night, complete with a neon glow party. We are excited to make this a memorable event for our 8th graders!

Students can look forward to a night of music, dancing, and fun as they celebrate finishing middle school. Tickets will go on sale after spring break. More details to follow!

7. Summer Sports Camps at Riverwood

Planning ahead for summer break? Riverwood offers camps for both basketball and volleyball. Visit the Riverwood Athletics website for more details.

The amazing RCMS staff was treated to Lights, Camera & Appreciation by the PTA this week! Daily events included movie theater treats, a delicious visit from Auntie Anne's, custom candle making, homemade breakfast bar and much more. A big thank you to our dedicated planning team chaired by Stacey Hodulich- Jenni Coleman, Brenna Cross, Meredith Galla, Alyssia Leggett and Whitney Maropis.

Congratulations to our track team for competing in the FCS meet last weekend! We had several top 8 finishers-

Joey Richter placed first in discuss
Jax Turiano placed fourth in the 400m
Dominic Callahan, Langston Winters, Christian Hilton, and Jax Turiano placed 5th in the sprint medley relay

RCMS was well represented at the FCS regional science fair. Julia Sugg and Mirabel Pink won second place with their project. Nathan Joelson and Elijah Gitter won in their categories, and move on to represent our school at the Georgia Science and Engineering Fair this weekend. We wish them luck!

The Jewish Heritage Club met and made pillow cases for Passover. Pillow cases are used during the Passover Seder (meal) for relaxation.

Students had a great time visiting the Scholastic Book Fair this week to check out the latest new releases and popular titles. Just in time for spring break!
