PLE Report Cards

Elementary Report Cards (EPR's) will be ready for families to review June 2nd.

Printed copies are not sent home with students or mailed. Families can access their student's Report Cards (EPR) via the EngagED Parent Portal.

Parents/guardians will use the same username and password they use for access to the IC Parent Portal.

The tutorial below will demonstrate how to sign in and view your students Report Cards in EngagED

STEP 1:

Navigate to https://engaged.dcsdk12.org Use Infinite Campus Parent Portal credentials to access. The SSO email will be your Username and then append @p.dcsdk12.org. For Example if your Parent Portal Username is rsmith, the SSO email would be rsmith@p.dcsdk12.org

STEP 2:

Once signed in, click on View EPR’s link under your student’s photo.

STEP 3:

The details of the EPR are presented on this screen. Note that they can be Downloaded and then printed by choosing the option in the upper right. You will need to scroll down to see all of the information related to the EPR.

STEP 4:

To view previous year’s report cards, select Archive

STEP 5:

Please contact your student’s school if you need assistance with a password reset. If the school is not available, please contact the IT Support center by emailing parenthelp@dcsdk12.org
