26-27 School Supply Lists

If you are ready to look at next year already(?!), here is the school supply list for 2026-2027.

Immunizations {sent in an email 6/8}

Dear Parent/Guardian,

Immunizations (vaccinations) are one of the most effective ways to protect children from serious

infectious diseases. They play a critical role in maintaining the health and safety of students,

especially in school settings where children are in close contact with one another and may be

exposed to illnesses that can spread easily.

Please be aware that the state has updated its immunization requirements for students entering 7th

and 12th grades. Beginning with the 2026–2027 school year, all students must meet the following

immunization requirements or have an approved exemption on file.

Kindergarten–6th Grade Requirements

 4 doses of Polio vaccine

 4 doses of DTaP/DT/Td vaccine

 3 doses of Hepatitis B vaccine

 2 doses of Varicella (chickenpox) vaccine, or documented history of the disease verified by a

qualified healthcare professional

 2 doses of MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella) vaccine

7th Grade Requirements

Students must meet all previous immunization requirements, plus:

 1 dose of Tdap vaccine

 1 dose of a MenACWY-containing vaccine

12th Grade Requirements

Students must meet all previous immunization requirements, plus:

 1 booster dose of a MenACWY-containing vaccine

Students who receive their first MenACWY vaccine at age 16 or older are only required to receive

one dose.

We encourage families to review their child’s immunization records and ensure all required

vaccinations are up to date before the start of the school year.

For additional information, please contact your child’s healthcare provider or visit the Wisconsin

Department of Health Services (DHS) website.

Thank you for your attention to this important health requirement.

Sincerely,

Pam Jesse RN

Sorry! Hit send accidentally - lol - rushing! We could use the same image. Let me know if I need to edit this further. For some reason the fonts are different but I can't seem to edit them. May be ok they are different, but feel free to change it if you want to! Thanks!

Summer has a way of flying by. What feels early in June can quickly become mid-July. And then the back-to-school rush begins. If you have not ordered your child’s 1st Day School Supplies yet, now is a great time to take care of it and avoid last-minute scrambling.
Order Here: https://1stdayschoolsupplies.com/gs/1177995

Boxes will be available for pick up during Picture Days on 8/19/26 and 8/24/26 or at Meet Your Teacher Night on 8/27/26.

Please reach out to Deanne Harder with any questions: deanne910@gmail.com

Don't forget that our school is participating in a special challenge, and every family who orders by the deadline will be entered into a drawing to get their kit refunded if we reach our goal of 50 kits ordered during the challenge period!
