Dear PIC Families,
As we approach the end of the school year, I want to take a moment to reflect on the wonderful experiences our students have had. This will be my final newsletter for the year, and I am filled with gratitude for the wonderful learning environment we have created together.
Our PIC students have been incredibly busy lately, engaging in field trips, performing in concerts, and enjoying a memorable field day. A special congratulations to our Bluestem readers! Those who read fifteen Bluestem titles this year celebrated their achievement with Mrs. Schubbe at PJHS. If you're looking for ways to keep the excitement of reading alive over the summer, please find the book list below for some excellent summer reading options.
Next week promises to be exciting as our 4th graders will visit the Brookfield Zoo, while our 5th graders will celebrate their 5th Grade Fun Day on the last day of school. Additionally, students who have met the 4th Quarter ROK Star behavior expectations will be rewarded with a fun dance party in the gym with DJ Peppmuller this Wednesday.
It has truly been a great year at PIC, filled with growth and joy. Please note that report cards and NWEA Spring Map scores will be sent home on May 30th.
