Message from a community member
This conversation was brought to Riley by community member Tamara Pinkney in response to the recent violence impacting our city.
We remember the lives of Jamisha Broadnax, Javon Hopper, and Alaya Maez, who were tragically lost to senseless violence.
These are more than names. Their lives mattered.
As a community, we must talk, listen, and remind our young people that violence is never the answer and every life has value.
