Irving Families,
Happy New Year! I hope you all had a wonderful winter break. We are excited to welcome our students back on Tuesday, January 6th. This is a friendly reminder that there is no school on Monday, January 5th due to a Teacher Institute Day.
Over the break, all parents received their child’s NWEA MAP and FastBridge assessment reports by email. These benchmark assessments help us understand how students are progressing in key areas such as reading and math. Teachers use this information to guide instruction, identify strengths, and plan support where it is needed so that every child continues to grow.
If you have any questions about your child’s results, please reach out to their teacher — they will be happy to talk with you.
As we begin the second half of our school year, we look forward to continuing the great work happening across our classrooms and supporting every student’s growth.
Mr. Stachura
