Sept. 18th: 2 hr. Early Dismissal (Mid Term)
Sept. 21st: No School - Yom Kippur
Sept. 25th: 3.5 Hrs Early Dismissal
As we continue to find ways to align expectations and responsibilities identified on the published FCPS Student Code of Conduct, beginning Monday, August 31, UMS will resume its "Late to School" policy: Every 5 unexcused late arrivals will result in a consequence.
The YMCA is asking that students not leave their bikes, scooters, etc... at the YMCA during the school day. Their bike racks are needed for their patrons who use the YMCA throughout the day.
On Sept 24th, we are pleased to announce that author Huda Al Marashi will be offering a presentation to interested students during the school day. Huda Al Marashi will be discussing the writing process and her newest book Hail Mariam. Interested students should view the UMS Library Schoology group for more information and to sign up or see Mrs. Domboski in the Media Center.
