Human Health Explorers is back for Fall 2026 with a free, four-session health science program for students in grades 4–8! Proudly offered in partnership with the Alive Center Naperville, HHE is entirely student-run, built and led by local high school students.

After an incredible summer program that reached over 100 students, we’re excited to return with an all-new lineup of topics and activities this fall. Sessions will run Sundays on October 18, October 25, November 1, and November 8 from 2:00–3:30 PM at Nichols Library in Naperville.

Students will explore Heart Health, Genetics & DNA, and Psychology through hands-on activities, games, demonstrations, and discussions. Students will be split into two age-based tracks—Junior (grades 4–6) and Senior (grades 7–8)—so activities and competitions are designed specifically for their age level. Each session will include prizes and a track-specific challenge, building up to our Grand Finale competition with our biggest prizes of the program.

Over the past year, HHE has reached 280+ students across 30+ schools in the Naperville area, and we’re excited to welcome both returning and new students this fall.

The program is completely free, but spots are limited, so we encourage families to register soon!
