October 2026

Dear Families,

Happy October! We’ve loved getting to know your kids over these past nine weeks and building such a wonderful classroom community together. We hope they feel happy and want to come to school every day! We have been learning about how to show Panda PRIDE. (Patience, Respect, Integrity, Determination and Excellence.) Here are a just a few examples.

Important Update: Parent-Teacher Conferences

As we wrap up our first nine weeks, we’d love the chance to discuss your child’s academic and social progress.

Joint Meetings: Because your child works with two teachers daily, both teachers will meet with you in one combined conference.
Students Welcome: We invite your child to attend with you so they can be part of the conversation.
How to Sign Up: Be on the lookout for a signup link arriving in your email soon!

Fall Celebration

We will be having a small fall celebration on the 30th. In a few weeks, we will send a link for you to sign up if you would like to send something in. On this day, your child is welcome to come dressed as his favorite book character. Please be sure that your child can use the bathroom independently with any costume he will be wearing at school that day. Thank you!

One Final Thought……

Please remember that although we want your child here at school, it is still vital that he or she stay home when feeling unwell. So get lots of rest, exercise and wash those hands!
