Opportunities for families and the community to collaborate in developing the leaders of tomorrow. Our upcoming focus is on cafeteria routines and procedures. We aim to create an environment where students have the opportunity to socialize and build relationships with their peers, while also ensuring their nutritional needs are met to support successful learning. We invite you to assist us in reviewing campus expectations and understanding what a positive lunchtime experience looks and sounds like for everyone.

We are excited to announce that the FREE Releve Dance After-School Program is returning to Jackson Elementary! 🎉

The program is open to all students in PreK–5th grade. Students will have the opportunity to learn, move, and have fun while developing their dance skills!

📅 Program Schedule

• PreK–2nd Grade: Mondays, 3:00–4:00 PM
• 3rd–5th Grade: Wednesdays, 3:00–4:00 PM

🚗 Important Pickup Information

Students must be picked up promptly at 4:00 PM. Parents/guardians are responsible for arranging transportation and pickup. Please note: Late pickups may result in removal from the program.

⭐ Limited Spots Available!

Registration is first come, first served! The program is limited to:

• 20 students for Monday Sessions (PreK–2nd Grade)

• 20 students for Wednesday Sessions (3rd–5th Grade)

Once all spots are filled, additional students will be placed on a waitlist.

📅 Registration Deadline: September 8th

Families will be notified of their student’s enrollment status by Sept. 11th.

🎉 PTA Membership Drive is Underway!

Victory is within reach, and popsicles are on the line! The grade level with the highest percentage of PTA participation will win a popsicle party for the entire grade.

• Current Standings: 5th grade is leading the pack, with Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st, and 3rd right on their heels! Can 2nd or 4th grade make a comeback? Will 5th grade hang onto the top spot?

• Cost: $15 single-adult | $22 two-adults

• Commitment: Zero required volunteer hours or meeting attendance. Joining simply shows your support for our Jackson students, teachers, and staff!

  Let’s shower our wonderful Jackson teachers and staff with some love! Please sign up to donate trail mix items and drop them off in the front office by Friday, September 17th

• Spirit Night at Golden Chick
  Location: 808 Independence Pkwy, Plano | Time: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  Take a night off from cooking and dine with friends! Mention Jackson Elementary when ordering, and a percentage of sales will be donated back to our school.

• Drama Kids Has Started!
  Tuesdays | 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM (At Jackson)
  It’s not too late to register! Space is still available for after-school drama classes. Reserve your child’s spot online today.
