Our fourth grade students at OPR are very busy and engaged in a variety of interesting activities.

State Fair

Each fourth grade student has been assigned a state to research! The students have been working hard on their research. The state fair project involves learning about the state that they are assigned to, including its history, culture, and traditions. They are excited to host a state fair in June where they will share all of the information that they have learned!

Math

Fourth grade students are also working hard on math, specifically with ST Math! It's great to see our students actively engaging with technology to further their education.

ELA

In addition to math, students are reading some great books, including The Lemonade Wars by Jacqueline Davies, Holes by Louis Sachar, and Sarah, Plain, and Tall by Patricia MacLachlan. These books are wonderful stories that help them develop their reading skills, as well as their appreciation for literature.

Star Of The Week

Congrats to Jacob M. for being star of the week in Mr. Rizzo's class!
