💛 Monday, April 20 – Volunteer Recognition Day
Our Dealey community is stronger because of the incredible volunteers who give their time, energy, and love to our campus. From supporting classrooms to leading extracurricular programs and PTA initiatives—your impact is felt across our entire school.
Throughout the day, students and staff will take time to recognize and celebrate our volunteers through thank-you notes and special acknowledgments.
Thank you for all you do to support our campus. Because of you, our Dragons truly thrive.
🌍 Wednesday, April 22 – Earth Day + STAAR Math
Wednesday will be a BIG day at Dealey as we balance both Earth Day and STAAR Math testing for our eligible grade levels.
📝 STAAR Math Testing
We are confident in our students and the hard work they have put in throughout the year. Thank you for partnering with us to ensure they are prepared and supported.
Important reminders for families:
- Students must arrive on time. Once testing begins, late arrivals cannot be admitted.
- Please ensure your child gets a good night’s rest and eats a healthy breakfast.
- Encourage a positive mindset—our Dragons are ready.
To maintain a secure and distraction-free testing environment, visitors will not be permitted in testing areas during STAAR administration.
🌱 Earth Day at Dealey
Even on a testing day, we will take time to reinforce the importance of caring for our planet.
As a Montessori and International Academy, Earth Day holds special significance in our learning approach. Montessori education emphasizes respect for the environment, independence, and responsibility, encouraging students to become thoughtful stewards of the world around them. Our International focus further expands this mindset, helping students understand their role as global citizens who care for not only their local community, but the world as a whole.
Through small actions, reflection, and intentional learning, our students continue to develop a deep appreciation for the environment and their responsibility to protect it.
At Dealey, we don’t just learn about the world—we take care of it.

✔️ Registration for 2026–2027 School Year
Registration is currently open. Families are encouraged to complete registration as soon as possible to secure enrollment for next school year.
✔️ Intent Not to Return Form
We currently have hundreds of students on our waitlist for the 2026–2027 school year. Families who do not plan to return next school year are asked to complete the Intent Not to Return Form by April 20, 2026.
This helps us open seats for students waiting to join our Dealey community.
