On Tuesday, Providence Hall Elementary will host a special assembly honoring veterans with a family connection to PHES. Thank you for your submissions. Videos and photos of the music and presentation will be posted following the assembly. To all Veteran's of the US Armed Services, thank you, dearly, for your service and sacrifice.

Grades K-2, 6:30-7:15 (students and parents)

Grades 3-5, 7:45-8:45 (students only)

Remember, students in grades K-2 will not be admitted without

1. a wristband, and

2. a parent/guardian (who must stay in the gym the entire time).

Parents can park in the front or rear parking lot.

Rear access parking gate and Kinder walk-up gate will open at 6:15pm.

Gym doors will open at 6:20pm for admission

Any purchased glow sticks or other accoutrements can be picked up in the weight room of the Auxiliary building.

Lights off (party starts) at 6:30pm

Parents can join their littles on the dance floor OR sit on the bleachers.

A snack table will be situated in the Auxiliary Gym (dance floor). Students will get one snack by showing their wristband.

Lights ON at 7:12pm

Students and parents out by 7:15pm.

Please exit the campus and parking lots quickly so that our grades 3-5 parents can get in for their party.

Students in grades 3-5 will not be admitted without a wristband.

Students can be dropped off via the red lane (in which case they will walk through the Kinder gate to the Aux Building) or the blue lane. Parents are not permitted to stay (unless they are approved Glow Dance Party volunteers). Parents should plan to DROP OFF their student and return for pick up after the party ends.

Parents: during registration you checked one of the following boxes. Please remember to pick up your student (or know the'll be walking home) accordingly:

• I will pick up my child in the designated pickup lane. (Your child will receive a red or blue wristband at school on Friday and will be picked up in the lane that matches their wristband color. Blue wristband = pick up in Blue Lane, Red wristband = pick up in Red Lane)
• I will be waiting for my child in front of the Kindergarten playground and walk home WITH them.
• My child has permission to walk home WITHOUT a parent. (No crossing guards will be on duty, and staff cannot monitor students once they leave the party. Students must leave campus promptly and may not remain unsupervised on school grounds. Parents are responsible for establishing a safe walking plan with their child.)

As the weather turns colder, please remember to send students to school with jackets and coats to help them stay warm during the chilly mornings. However, as we all know, the afternoons can still warm up quickly! This often means those jackets come off during recess or after lunch — and many end up in our Lost and Found. Please encourage your child to check the Lost and Found regularly for any missing items. We’d love to see all those cozy coats make their way back home before winter really sets in.

Parents, as we inch closer to cold and flu season please keep in mind the Providence Hall policy regarding when to keep your child home. These policies are in place to protect your child and all the other children in the schools.
