A Note from Mrs. Pitts
Dear RES Family,
Again, this is a busy time of year but also a period of change, which can stir up some big emotions. Mrs. Arsenault, the teachers and I have been on high alert and have been seeing a notable uptick in behaviors that are unexpected. We will always try to email or call the same day if something needs to be reported but this may take a little more time right now. We continue to use all the energy we have to enjoy these last days of school and turn these moments into learning experiences for our students!
Thank you for your support, as always,
Michelle
LUNCH MONEY
Please help us as we have over $2,000 in unpaid lunches. If you receive an email, please send money or write a check to Rye Elementary School. We are really hoping not to call or email as follow ups as this can take time from our busy office! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
SUMMER SUPPORT PLEASE:)
Library Furniture Party!
The week of June 23, we will receive a large furniture order for our new library. This would include tables and a few bookcases. We MAY need help putting these pieces together. We are unsure of the EXACT day but if you would be willing to help, please email Michelle Pitts (mpitts@sau50.org).
Welcome Miss Barach
My name is Marisa Barach and I will be the new Special Education teacher at Rye Elementary School. I grew up in Holderness, New Hampshire and got my degree in Special Education at Florida Atlantic University. In my free time, I love to read, be on the lake, or at the beach! I love to teach to inspire the same love for learning that I have. This will be my 3rd year teaching and I’m so excited to join the RES community.
GATHER for SUMMER!
Picture Highlight: Field Day!
To all of our Field Day Volunteers,
Thank you SO MUCH for your help on Friday! We had a wonderful weather day and the kids had a great time! We would not be able to do this without you! Also, a shout out and a thank you to the RYE PTA for the financial support of this fun event!
Sincerely,
Holly Warden

Lunch in Our Caf
We are so thankful for those who have joined us for lunch this year! We have so many events for family members in the next few weeks and no new requests for lunch so we are going to stop all extra adults for lunch and start to wind down the school year. We will start again next fall!
