A Quick Note From Principal Wright

What a great night to be a Pirate this past Friday night! We had a wonderful Senior Night celebrating our senior athletes and their dedication to Notus athletics. To make the evening even sweeter, our Pirates brought home a WIN against Idaho City! I am incredibly proud of our student-athletes and coaches who make our Pirate community so special. It was a great night filled with Pirate Pride!

On a personal note, I want to share that I will be taking a medical leave for approximately 4–6 weeks as I undergo back surgery and focus on recovery. While stepping away is never easy, I know our school will be in excellent hands! Mr. Barker will be providing additional support with student discipline and behaviors, while Mrs. Prete and Mrs. Sanford will continue to help keep things running smoothly and support our students and families.

I am incredibly grateful to work alongside such a dedicated team and appreciate the support and understanding of our Pirate community. I look forward to returning healthy and ready to finish the semester strong!

Attendance Policy

Please remember our attendance policy: NSD Policy 3050, which allows students to be absent from class no more than 7 class periods during a semester. Three tardies in a class equals one absence, and a tardy of more than half of a class period is also an absence. Our attendance committee will be meeting this week to touch base with a few of our students. EVERY DAY Matters!
